Terms of service

This store is run by GOBUDDY SPORTS, a partnership firm, at St. Ann's CGHS Ltd., "The Residency", A-11, Plot No. 8-A, Sector 7, Dwarka, New Delhi-110075. "We" and "us" mean that firm. Placing an order means you accept these terms.

Who can buy

You need to be 18 or older, and the delivery address needs to be in India.

When an order becomes a contract

Your order is an offer to buy. The email you get straight after checkout confirms we have received it and taken payment — it is not our acceptance. The contract is made when we dispatch the goods and send you the tracking details.

Before that point we may decline an order, in whole or in part. The honest reasons this happens are: the size has just sold out, the PIN code is not serviceable, the address or phone is clearly wrong, the payment is flagged, or the quantity looks like a reseller rather than a customer. If we decline, we refund the amount in full through Razorpay and tell you why.

Prices, tax and delivery

All prices are in Indian rupees and are inclusive of GST. Delivery is free across India and is already included in the price. Nothing is added at checkout.

The price that applies is the one shown on the product page when we accept your order. We can change prices at any time, but a change never applies backwards to an order we have already accepted.

Sometimes a price is plainly wrong — a decimal in the wrong place, a discount that stacks in a way it should not. Where the error is obvious, we are not obliged to sell at it. We will contact you, and you can either confirm at the correct price or cancel for a full refund. We will not simply charge you the difference.

Products, sizes and colours

We photograph our garments as they are. Screens differ, so a colour can look slightly different on your device. Our size chart is the best guide we have; measure against a garment you already own if you are between sizes. A slight variation in measurement between pieces is normal in cut-and-sew apparel and is not a defect.

Stock shown on the site can move between your adding an item to the cart and paying for it. If we cannot fulfil a line, we refund that line.

Payment

Payments are taken through Razorpay. Your card, UPI or banking credentials go to Razorpay and never to us. Refunds go back through Razorpay to the instrument you paid from, as set out in our Returns and refunds policy.

Using this site

The GoBuddy name, logo, product photography and page copy belong to us. You may not copy them for commercial use, scrape the site, resell our products as new without our consent, or interfere with how the site runs.

What we are responsible for

We are responsible for supplying goods that match their description and are of the quality you are entitled to expect. If we get that wrong, we will repair the position — a replacement or a refund.

Beyond that, and to the extent the law allows, our total liability for anything connected with an order is limited to what you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost time, lost earnings or a missed event. We are not liable for delays caused by events outside our control, including courier failures, weather, strikes and government restrictions.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, and nothing here takes away your rights as a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

Complaints

Write to customer care at gobuddysports@gmail.com or call +91 99108 80017. If you are not satisfied, escalate to our Grievance Officer, Arjun, Product Head, at the same address. We acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and settle them within one month, as the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 require.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at New Delhi have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them. This does not affect your statutory right as a consumer to file a complaint before the consumer commission where you live or work.
